The Mount Vernon Yellow Jackets (1-5) were unable to score Friday night at home vs. Hilliard Darby (2-4) . Darby beat the Jackets 42-0. The rain soaked game was called with 1:49 left after Mount Vernon senior Cody Valrance was injured. The Mount Vernon News is reporting that Valrance dislocated his elbow and is out for the rest of the season.
East Knox (4-2) beat Fredericktown 28-19.
Danville (3-3) defeated Crestline 34-7.
Highland (3-3) beat Centerburg at their Homecoming game 32-24.
