On 9/28/16, a Howard resident stated that an unknown person used her debit card to make a purchase. Complainant did contact her bank to put a freeze on her card until a new account was opened.

On 9/28/16, a New Delaware rd. resident advised sometime between 9:p.m. Sept. 28 and 8:15 a.m.. On 9/28/16 unknown person(s) broke out a window on the south side of his residence. A report was written to document the incident.

On 9/28/16, a Centerburg resident advised KCSO by telephone that unknown person(s) opened a Walmart credit card account in her name, charging more than $2,000 in purchases. Complainant advised she received a bill in the mail on 9/28/16 and called Walmart to advise them. Complainant was advised to contact Social Security Administration and her other credit card companies’ fraud help line. A report was written to document the incident.

On 9/30/16, Jonathan Walker was arrested on an FTA outstanding warrant issued out of Licking County Municipal Court Walker was placed in handcuffs and transported to the Licking/Knox County line and released to Licking country sheriff’s Office without incident.
