On 9/16/19, Christopher Spaeth, 39, S. Park St. was charged with driving under suspension or revocation.
On 9/17/16, Karlea Hanes, 21, N. Mulberry St was arrested for persisting in disorderly conduct .
On 9/17/16, Ryan Tanley, 19, Sychar Rd. was charged with minor posession and consumption.
On 9/17/16, Bradley Seese, 19, Walnut St. was cited for driving under the influence within 20 years of prior offense, driving under suspension/revocation, and exhaust system required.

Accidents:
On 9/16/16 a car driven by Julie Yoder, was trravelling northbound on Mansfield Ave. when it was struck in the rear by a car driven Lori A. Breigel.
On 9/18/16, Robert Kham Ceu Lian, 39, Parrot St. was arrested for driving or physical control while under the influence, driving or physical control within 20 years of prior conviction and tail light required.
On 9/18/16, William Sutherland, 27, N. Sandusky st. was arrested for a charge not listed on the report.
On 9/18/16, Benjamin Gordon, 28, Galena, was cited for operator/chauffeur license required.
Incidents:
On 9/16/16 officer responded to a W. Curtis St. address on a complaint of telephone harassment. While there officer took a verbal statement. Complainant said the suspect was harassing via text messaging, He gave the name of the suspect and asked officer to make contact with the suspect and issue a harassment warning. The case is now closed and no charges were filed.
On 9/17/16, officers were dispatched to Rookies Bar on a report of a large fight. Upon arrival officers found several groups shouting profanities at each other. Officers attempted to keep the groups separated but one female continued to be belligerent. Officers identified her through NCIC as Karlea Haines and warned her about her conduct. Haines continued to be belligerent and was arrested on charges of persistence in disorderly conduct while intoxicated.
On 9/17/16, officers responded to a Coshocton Ave, address on a complaint of theft. A report was taken.
On 9/17/16 officer responded to a S. Norton St address on a parking complaint. Complainant indicated a woman had abandoned her vehicle on his property. Howard St. garage towed the vehicle to the Mount Vernon impound lot. The vehicle was later claimed after paying fine and fees and submitting proof of ownership.

On 9/17/16 deputy responded to a complaint that someone had opened a dummy bank account then went and made purchases and made ATM withdrawls.
On 9/17/16 Allen Matthew Knipp was arrested on an outstanding warrant out of Mount Vernon Municipal Court. Knipp was transported to the Knox County Jail.
On 9/17/19 an individual complained an unknown person threw a brick at his truck causing damage to the front of it.
On 9/18/16, an individual complained someone had used her identity to obtain a credit card and make unauthorized purchases with it.
On 9/18/16, a resident of Hiatt Ct. in Howard reported unknown persons damaged his son’s trailer. He said unknown person(s) tried to pry open the back doors of the enclosed trrailer causing the damage.
