On 8/16/16 an individual came to the Knox County Sheriff’s Office and reported an unknown person had opened a credit card account in her name without her permission. The credit card company requested a report from law enforcement.
On 9/16/16 Dispatch advised that Westerville Police Department had arrested Maranda Clum on a warrant out of Knox County for driving under suspension. Westerville police met a Knox County deputy at the Knox County/Delaware County line with Clum. Clum was transported to the Knox County jail and released into their custody without incident.
