Brandon Chaffin, 23, of Mount Vernon was arrested at 1:30 p.m. on Friday for aggravated menacing and for violating the terms of his probation.
Zachary Ford, 23, of Mount Vernon was arrested at 1:30 a.m. on Saturday for persisting disorderly conduct.
Phillip Hartley, 24, of Mount Vernon was charged at 8:20 p.m. on Saturday with shoplifting.
Trevor Hagans, 27, of Mount Vernon was charged at 7:15 p.m. on Sunday for possession of drug abuse instruments.

Michael Seese, 57, of Mount Vernon was cited at 9:40 a.m. on Friday for failing to assure a clear driving-distance ahead.
Robert Strawser, 19, of Centerburg was cited at 1:30 a.m. on Saturday for running a red-light.
Jordan Peppers, 22, of Mount Vernon was cited at 10:45 a.m. on Saturday for speeding.
Joshua Schoonover, 33, of Fredericktown was cited at 1:50 p.m. on Saturday for speeding.
Shelly Edwards, 55, of Mount Vernon was cited at 3:15 p.m. on Saturday for driving an unsafe vehicle.
Hubert Wells, 37, of Mount Vernon was cited at 8:45 a.m. on Sunday for driving under a suspended license.
Vandam Willemyndert, 75, of Marysville was cited at 12:35 a.m. on Sunday for running a red-light.
Accidents:
At 9:40 a.m. on Friday, Roxanna D. Pierce, 62, of Mount Vernon was heading eastbound on Coshocton Avenue in his 2012 Chevy Traverse. Michael Seese, 57, of Mount Vernon was immediately behind him in his 2005 Ford Mustang. When Pierce stopped for traffic at the Vernedale Drive intersection, Seese rear-ended him. Seese was cited for the incident.
At 6:55 p.m. on Friday, Sarah R. Hartley, 43, of Gambier was heading eastbound on Coshocton Avenue in her 1999 Ford Taurus. Bishop Maxwell Khalil, 19, of Mount Vernon was traveling westbound on Coshocton Avenue at a high speed in his 2006 Honda Civic. When Hartley attempted to turn left into the Ruby Tuesday parking-lot, Khalil struck her vehicle in the side.
At 9:35 p.m. on Friday, Scott E. Thomas, 35, of Mount Vernon was northbound on N. Sandusky Street in his 2014 Ford Focus. A large dog attempted to cross the street and Thomas struck it. Neither the dog nor its owner could be located.
At 4:45 p.m. on Saturday, Todd W. Holzman, 58, of Solon was traveling eastbound on W. Curtis Street in his 2000 Lexis GS3. Near Mulberry Street, he struck a parked 2000 Ford Explorer belonging to Roberta J. Yocum of Mount Vernon. He then fled the scene.
At 12:35 p.m. on Sunday, Vandam Willemyndert, 75, of Marysville was traveling eastbound on E. High Street in his 2014 Lexis GS3. Meredith I. Dunn, 20, of Mount Vernon was traveling northbound on S. Gay Street in his 2010 Ford Focus. Willemyndert ran the red-light at the intersection of those streets and struck Dunn’s vehicle. Willemyndert was cited for the incident. Dunn was transported to Knox Community Hospital for treatment.
Incidents:
At 8:00 a.m. on Friday, an officer recovered a 30-inch Element flatscreen TV found in a yard on the 300-block of Coshocton Avenue.
At 1:30 p.m. on Friday, a suspect was arrested for aggravated menacing after an incident on the 700-block of W. High Street. A holster and a manila envelope containing three tablets of unknown medication were recovered.
At 1:30 a.m. on Saturday, an officer observed a male suspect yelling at two other men in the parking lot of Rookies. The suspect was arrested for disorderly conduct.
At 8:20 a.m. on Saturday, an officer was investigating a theft that occurred at Donato’s Pizza and was canvassing the area for the suspect. While at the United Dairy Farmers shop he observed a different male shoplifting an audio cable and portable power charger. The suspect was issued a summons in lieu of arrest.
At 11:20 a.m. on Saturday, a victim reported the theft of a handicap placard from a 2006 Kia Optima at the Ohio Eastern Star facility on Gambier Road.
At 2:10 p.m. on Saturday, a victim reported the theft of a metal grounding rod from a residence on the 700-block of N. McKenzie Street.
At 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, an officer responded to a reported disturbance on the 800-block of Coshocton Avenue.
At 5:30 p.m. on Saturday, a victim reported that she had been assaulted the previous night at her residence on the 800-block of W. Burgess Street. A suspect was identified.
At 12:10 a.m. on Sunday, a victim reported the theft of a purse—containing $200.00 in cash, a PNC debit card, a driver’s license, and a wallet—while at The Dairy on Wooster Road earlier in the evening.
At 8:00 a.m. on Sunday, an officer investigated a reported burglary complaint at a residence on the 100-block of Stevens Street. No property was taken but a glass drug pipe, a multicolored bag, and a green baseball hat were recovered.
At 1:45 p.m. on Sunday, a victim reported that his Hudson Valley Federal Credit Union debit card had been stolen. $407.50 of unauthorized charges had been made on the card. A suspect was identified.
