Section of South Main Street to be closed for three weeks

MOUNT VERNON – South Main Street in Mount Vernon will be closed to all vehicular traffic between Vine Street and the Public Square beginning Monday, April 6 at 7:30 a.m. until Monday, April 27 at 5:00 p.m. The closure will allow placement of scaffolding for work on the hotel project. Pedestrians will have access to all businesses in this block.
