MOUNT VERNON – The world was shocked on August 31, 1997 to hear of the car crash that took the life of Princess Diana. Like a generation that was shocked by the assassination of John F. Kennedy. This Thursday, February 12, the Chautauqua Series of Knox County presents Diana as portrayed through Amy K. Stoner.
To those unfamiliar with the Chautauqua, it is a living history, first person program. The presenter has researched the person and tells the audience of his or her life in as factual a manner as possible.
