Incidents: At 2:45 a.m. on Wednesday, an officer made stopped Jonathan Walker, 27, of Martinsburg for a traffic violation on Newark Road near Greenway Drive. A plastic bag containing marijuana was found in the car and collected as evidence.
At 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday, Nails 4 U & Hair, on Tilden Avenue, filed a bad check complaint regarding two checks—with a combined total of $275.05. A suspect was identified.
