MOUNT VERNON – The community is invited to join the diabetic educators from Knox Community Hospital for a lunch program at the Subway located at 661 North Sandusky Street, Mount Vernon. This program will be held on Tuesday, January 27 from 1:15 pm – 2:45 pm. There is no cost to attend, but guests may purchase a meal.
Tips for dining out on a diabetic diet will be shared, and there will be an opportunity for questions and answers. It might be hard to believe, but you can make healthy choices when having a restaurant meal.
