Arrests and Charges: 

Nickolas Garee, 22, of Centerburg was charged at 3:30 p.m. on Thursday with shoplifting at Kroger.

Incidents:

At 4:00 a.m. on Thursday, officers responded to an activated alarm at Bingham Insurance on N. Park Street.  The checked the exterior and everything appeared in order.  A keyholder came to the scene and officers checked the interior as well.  Everything appeared in order so the building was secured and everyone left the scene.
