Joseph Cochran, 33, of Mount Vernon was cited at 4:45 p.m. on Friday for driving under a suspended license and arrested for domestic violence.
Jason Matis, 20, of Mount Vernon was arrested at 2:10 p.m. on Saturday for domestic violence.
William Dilger, 30, of Mount Gilead was arrested at 7:50 p.m. on Saturday for disorderly conduct and for obstructing official business.
Kimberly Smith, 42, of Mount Vernon was arrested at 11:59 p.m. on Saturday for domestic violence.
Traffic Citations:
Heather Watts, 21, of Mount Vernon was cited at 4:45 p.m. on Friday for failure to assure a clear driving-distance ahead.

Nolan Deakins, 27, of Mount Vernon was arrested at 3:25 a.m. on Saturday for driving while intoxicated. He was cited also for operating a vehicle with expired plates.
Chantel Belcher, 33, of Centerburg was cited at 11:50 a.m. on Saturday for failing to assure a clear driving-distance ahead.
Ronald Hall, 61, of Mount Vernon was cited at 4:40 p.m. on Saturday for operating a vehicle with expired license plates.
Accidents:
At 4:45 p.m. on Friday, Leona Prushing, 74, of Mount Vernon was traveling northbound on Main Street in his 1997 Mercury GMA. Heather M. Watts, 21, of Mount Vernon was immediately behind her in her 2000 Toyota Tundra. When Prushing slowed to turn left onto W. Chestnut Street, Watt’s rear-ended her vehicle. Watts was cited for the incident.
At 11:50 a.m. on Saturday, Diane M. Rutherford, 51, of Mount Vernon was traveling east on Coshocton Avenue in her 2004 Honda CRV. Chantel M. Belcher, 33, of Centerburg was immediately behind her in her 2005 Chrysler Pacifica. When Rutherford stopped for traffic near Highland Drive, Belcher was unable to stop and rear-ended her vehicle. Belcher was cited for the incident.
Incidents:
At 11:50 a.m. on Friday, a suspected shoplifter was identified at the Kroger. A Zicam nasal spray, valued at $11.99 was alleged to have been taken.
At 5:00 p.m. on Friday, officers responded to a domestic disturbance on the 000-block of Cottage Street. A suspect was arrested and a 1993 Chevy Cavalier was taken to the MVPD impound lot by Howard Street Garage.
At 6:25 p.m. on Friday, a parent requested an officer to assist her with a disorderly juvenile.
At 8:15 p.m. on Friday, an officer handled a parking complaint at Dominic’s Drive-Thru on the 900-block of S. Main Street.
At 2:10 p.m. on Saturday, a suspect was arrested for domestic violence after an altercation at a residence on the 800-block of W. High Street.
At 4:10 p.m. on Saturday, a suspect was reported as having driven off from the United Dairy Farmers station without paying for $15.00 worth of unleaded fuel.
At 7:10 p.m. on Saturday, an officer handled a parking complaint in the alley behind Riley Street.
At 8:00 p.m. on Saturday, officers responded to a disturbance at a residence on the 000-block of Cottage Street. A suspect was identified.
At 4:30 p.m. on Sunday, officers responded to a disturbance at a residence on the 100-block of Prospect Street.
At 5:25 p.m. on Sunday, a disturbance was reported on the 300-block of Greenwood Avenue.
