MOUNT VERNON – Detectives from the Knox County Sheriff’s Office are investigating an incident that involved two people being assaulted on Mohaven Rd. in Brinkhaven. The call was received at approximately 5:21 am on Sunday August 10th. Initial reports indicated that a female had been shot, however none of the injuries appear to be the result of a gunshot wound.
Officers are attempting to locate thirty-six year old Ronnie McCain II from Brinkhaven, and forty-one year old Kelsey Kuhn Jr. from Mt. Vernon. Both were reported to have been present during the incident, but left the area prior to the officers arriving. Anyone with information is asked to call the dispatch center at 740-397-3333.
