Arrests and Charges
Audie Matthews, 35, of Walhonding was charged at 10:00 p.m. on Sunday with domestic violence.
Cassey Young, 25, of Danville was arrested at 11:55 p.m. on Sunday for shoplifting.
Incidents
At 9:30 a.m. on Sunday, a victim reported the theft of a blue-and-silver Denali bicycle from his porch on the 200-block of Shirley Avenue. A suspect was identified.
At around 4:45 p.m. on Monday, officers responded to a report of a disturbance at a residence on the 700-block of N. Sandusky Street.
At 8:45 p.m. on Monday, an officer pulled over a 2003 Dodge Intrepid for a traffic violation. The driver, Jason Longstreth, was then cited for driving under a suspended license. The vehicle was towed by Johnny’s Towing to the MVPD impound lot. Its owner, CharleenBrasseur, was informed that her vehicle had been impounded but the report notes that she also currently has a suspended license.
