JOHNSTOWN – The Granville Post of the Ohio Highway Patrol says Raynell Sparks, 49, of Mount Vernon was killed in a three vehicle accident Monday morning just before 8 a.m. on U.S. 62 at Dutch Road near Johnstown. According to the Patrol, three people were injured in the crash and taken to a Columbus hospital. Seatbelts were used by all involved. The Patrol says Sparks was at fault in the accident as she was driving eastbound on the roadway and drove left of center and struck a Chevy Cobalt and the Cobalt was then struck by a third vehicle.
