Arrests and Charges: Ryan Brasseur, 40, of Mount Vernon was arrested at 5:55 p.m. on Friday on an outstanding warrant.
Charleen Brasseur, 35, of Mount Vernon was also arrested at 5:55 p.m. on Friday on an outstanding warrant.
Allen Price, 43, of Mount Vernon was arrested just after midnight on Saturday for domestic violence.
Steven Harris, 33, of Howard was arrested at 9:15 p.m. on Saturday for disorderly conduct.
Traffic Citations: Marcus Clemons, 44, of Mount Vernon was cited at 3:50 p.m. on Friday for failing to yield the right of way when turning left.
Whitney Peterson, 20, of San Diego, CA was cited at 11:15 a.m. on Saturday for failing to stop at a stop-sign.
Accidents: At 5:50 p.m. on Friday, Marcus R. Clemens, 44, of Mount Vernon was traveling eastbound on E. Vine Street in his Harley-Davidson motorcycle. Bridgette M. Hall, 24, of Mansfield was heading westbound on E. Vine Street in her 2002 Ford Escape. Clemons failed to yield as she attempted to turn left onto S. Main Street and Hall struck him. Clemons was cited for the incident.
At around 11:15 a.m. on Saturday, Whitney Christine Peterson, 20, of San Diego, CA was traveling east on Eastwood Drive in a 2012 Chevy sedan. Ashley R. Huffman, 35, of Mount Vernon was traveling south on Vernonview Drive in his 2009 GMC Envoy. Peterson failed to stop at the intersection and struck Huffman’s vehicle in the side. Peterson was cited for the incident.

At 12:30 a.m. on Thursday, a juvenile who had been reported missing was taken into custody for a curfew violation.
Just after 4:30 a.m. on Thursday, two juveniles were taken into custody for a curfew violation.
At 12:35 a.m. on Thursday, a victim reported that a Playstation 3 and several accessories had been stolen from a residence on the 000-block of Prospect Street.
At 6:35 p.m. on Thursday, a victim reported a case of fraud. A suspect was identified.
Just before 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, a victim reported that his home had been burglarized on the 100-block of Cliff Street. A suspect was identified.
At 9:35 p.m. on Friday, a victim reported that his vehicle had been vandalized while parked on the 000-block of Laurelwood Drive.
At 12:20 a.m. on Saturday, officers responded to a disturbance at the Knox Community Hospital. Suspects were identified.
Just before 9:00 a.m. on Saturday, officers responded to a report of an assault at a residence on the 700-block of E. Pleasant Street. A victim called to report that her boyfriend had attacked her but the phone line was disconnected mid-call. A suspect was arrested.
At 6:10 p.m. on Saturday, officers responded to a residential alarm on the 200-block of S. Jefferson Street. The homeowner was present when they arrived and told them that she had set the alarm off accidentally. The officers then vacated the scene.
At 9:15 p.m. on Saturday, officers responded to a report of a disturbance at Knox Community Hospital.
