MOUNT VERNON – Finishing touches are being applied to the new men’s homeless shelter at 410 West Vine Street in Mount Vernon. Volunteers are helping prepare the building for occupancy in November. The 1,300 square foot space also includes a kitchenette, lounge, laundry and office.
