Arrests:
Justin Stachler was charged just after 11:00 p.m. on Thursday with domestic violence and resisting arrest at a residence on the 300-block of W. Curtis Street.
Barbara C. Graham, 48, of Mount Vernon was charged with domestic violence at a residence on the 300-block of N. Jefferson Street.
Traffic Violations:
Vit Streska, 35, of Mount Vernon was cited at 11:15 a.m. on Wednesday for running a stop-sign.
Rocky E. Clark, 23, of Mount Vernon was cited at 4:30 a.m. on Thursday for driving under a suspended license.
Pauline C. Bartlett, 69, of Howard was cited just after 5:20 a.m. on Thursday for speeding (50 in a 35 mph zone).

Just before 2:00 a.m. on Thursday, an officer came across a wounded homeless man in Foundation Park. He had been assaulted and his Samsung Verizon cell-phone had been broken in half. A suspect was identified.
At around 3:00 a.m. on Thursday, units responded to a domestic disturbance at a residence on the 300-block of N. Jefferson Street. An assault was alleged to have occurred, a wooden walking stick was broken, and a suspect was identified and charged.
Just after 8:30 a.m. on Thursday, a report was taken of vandalism to a vehicle parked outside a residence on the 200-block of Shirley Avenue. A suspect was identified.
Just after 11:00 p.m. on Thursday, officers responded to a residence on the 300-block of W. Curtis Street on report of a domestic dispute that had gotten physical. A suspect was identified and charged.
