Arrests and Charges:
Levi J. Davis, 28, of Mount Vernon was charged at 1:00 a.m. on Thursday with persistent disorderly conduct on the 500-block of N. Catharine Street.
Anthony M. Vance, 25, of Columbus was charged at around 8:20 p.m. on Thursday with persistent disorderly conduct and criminal trespassing on the 000-block of Plaza Drive.
Traffic Citations:
Shaquille Khal Haralson, 20, of Mount Vernon was cited at around 7:20 a.m. on Thursday for a non-compliance suspension.

Incidents:
Just after 7:30 a.m. on Thursday, an officer responded to a vandalism complaint at A-Plus Auto Brokers on W. High Street. A 1996 Chevy Caravan had been damaged.
At around 7:45 a.m. on Thursday, officers responded to a report of theft from a parked vehicle on Plaza Drive. Items missing from the vehicle included a bag containing hammers, screwdrivers, drill-bits, saw-blades, and tape measures, several debit and credit cards, and about $5.00 in change.
At about 5:20 p.m. on Thursday, a Colorado resident reported the theft of a 2011 Honda Pilot left parked on Plaza Drive.
At about 8:20 p.m. on Thursday, units responded to a report of a drunken male at the Krogers. A suspect was identified and charged.
