Arrests and Charges:
Blake Evans, 27, of Worthington was charged at around 9:20 p.m. on Sunday with possession of drug paraphernalia.
Colleen A. McPeek, 47, of Mount Vernon was charged last Wednesday (9/18/2013) with petty theft from the Wal-Mart.
Traffic Citations:
Zachary A. Vance, 27, of Mount Vernon was cited just before 5:00 a.m. on Tuesday for driving under a suspended license.

Incidents:
Just before 8:00 p.m. on Sunday, a Mansfield resident reported that his wallet went missing at a residence on the 200-block of E. Ohio Avenue. It contained several ID and credit cards but no money but the complainant reported that it may have been stolen.
Just before 5:00 a.m. on Tuesday, an officer stopped a 2002 Ford Explorer driven by Zachary Vance, 27, of Mount Vernon. He was driving under a license that had been suspended for a financial responsibility infraction and the officer issued him a suspension and impounded his vehicle.
At 4:40 p.m. on Tuesday, a Wal-Mart employee reported a theft from the store. A suspect was identified and $186.68 worth of merchandise—including a Hoover upright vacuum cleaner—was recovered.
At around 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, a victim reported that a bicycle had been stolen from her residence on Marion Street.
At 6:40 p.m. on Tuesday, a resident of the 200-block of Shirley Avenue reported an incident involving his juvenile daughter. A suspect was identified.
