Arrests
Francis Nicole Bowling, 30, of Mount Vernon was picked up just after 3:30 p.m. on Wednesday for an outstanding warrant.
Accidents
At 12:10 p.m. on Wednesday, a 1991 Chrysler New Yorker owned by John B. Horwatt was parked in a marked space in the Wendy’s parking lot. Brian T. Staats, 23, of Danville struck it as he attempted to pull a county-owned truck out of an adjacent space.
Incidents
At around 9:00 a.m. on Wednesday, a victim reported that seven lights on two separate hauling trailers had been vandalized on the 400-block of Fairmont Avenue.
At 4:10 p.m. on Wednesday, a parent reported his son as missing.
Just past 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday, a victim reported that 32 Vicodin tablets had been taken from her residence on the 900-block of W. High Street. A suspect was identified.
Traffic Citations
Anthony R Serio, 33, of Fredericktown was cited at 2:50 a.m. on Wednesday for driving under a license that had been suspended for a financial responsibility infraction.
Michael L. Lowe, 28, of Mount Vernon was cited at around noon on Wednesday for driving under an expired registration and for operating a motorcycle without a required helmet.
