Incidents:

At around 1:00 a.m. on Monday, a victim reported that his neighbor saw two male juveniles “messing around” a window of his garage on the 800-block of Pennsylvania Avenue.   Upon being told of this, the victim checked the garage and found that the windowscreen had been slashed several times.  He knew that the damage was fresh because he usually left that window open for fresh air but had closed it due to recent heavy rain.  An officer walked the area and checked nearby Phillips Park but did not locate anyone.

At around 2:40 p.m. on Monday, three lights were broken at the shelter house at Foundation Park.  The total damage was estimated at $600.00.

Just before 3:00 p.m. on Monday, an officer responded to a report of an assault at an apartment on the 200-block of Kirk Street.   A suspect was charged with assault and obstruction and two envelopes containing an unknown medication were recovered.
