Traffic Citations:
Richard Schirmer III, 42, of Palm Bay, FL was cited just after 5:30 a.m. on Tuesday for speeding. He was cited also for failing to pay a traffic citation.
Jeremiah L. Hoadley, 35, of Mount Vernon was cited at 3:40 p.m. on Tuesday for failing to assure a clear driving-distance ahead.
Arrests:
Ashli N. Price, 27, of Mount Vernon was picked up at 11:20 a.m. on Tuesday for an outstanding warrant.
Christopher S. Beecher II, 24, of Mount Vernon was charged just before 2:00 a.m. on Tuesday with theft from the Kroger.
Erika N. Cross, 32, of Howard was charged just before 11:00 p.m. on Monday with persistent disorderly conduct in an emergency facility.
Joseph A. Menke, 48, of Mount Vernon was charged at 11:45 p.m. on Sunday with domestic violence.

At 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, a victim reported that her Sidehack bicycle had been stolen from a residence on the 000-block of Burgess Street.
Just before 9:30 p.m. on Tuesday, a victim reported a burglary at her residence on the 100-block of Cottage Street. Among the items taken were a 47” Sanyo flat-screen TV and a gold ring with diamonds in its band. The total value of the stolen items is estimated at $900. A suspect was identified.
