Patricia Ann Wyant, age 87, of Mount Vernon, Ohio, passed away on Monday, May 25, 2026, at the Ohio Eastern Star Home in Mount Vernon, Ohio. She was born on December 30, 1938, in Mount Vernon, Ohio, to Ronald Frost.
Patricia graduated from High School and went to work for Pittsburgh Plate Glass in the accounting department. She also worked for Cooper-Bessemer and after retiring worked in the floral department in Kroger. She enjoyed sewing, and crocheting, but most of all she loved being around her family. Patricia and her husband loved antique cars and were members of the Dixie Model A Club.
Patricia is survived by her much loved children, Darcy (Jeff) Coggins, Tim Wyant, and Jennifer (Andy) Fox; her wonderful grandchildren, Candace (Marrio Woodard) Coggins, Corinna Coggins, Joel (Samantha) Coggins and Kaelyn Fox and great grandchildren Haylee Cunningham, Wyatt Cunningham and Cosette Coggins; a brother, Paul (Sherry) Frost; a sister, Sharon (Bob) Mann; several nieces and nephews.
Along with her father, Patricia is preceded in death by Ronald’s wife, Alice Frost; her husband, David Leroy Wyant, grandson, Levi Cunningham; a brother, Gordon Frost; in laws, Burr (Winona) Wyant; brother and sister-in-law, Bill (Belinda) Banner.
A graveside service will take place at a later date in St. John’s Cemetery in Mount Vernon, Ohio.
