At 6:30 a.m. on Thursday, a victim reported that someone had broken into her car while it was parked overnight on the 300-block of N. Center Street. The passenger-side window blackCoach purse containing prescriptions for Xanax and Effexor had been stolen. The officer took the report and advised the victim that she needed to get current tags for her vehicle.
