KNOX COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE

Feb. 3

  • Deputies responded to a College Park St. address in Gambier on a report of a drunken subject. The subject was discovered unconscious in the restroom of Peirce Hall on the Kenyon College campus. Officers determined the subject was underage and a summons was issued for underage consumption of alcohol
  • Complainant advised someone took gasoline and a space heater from the open end of a barn he owns. The barn is on Weber Rd. in Howard.
  • The complainant advised that a fire started outside his residence on Utica Rd. in Utica. The fire then spread to the structure which was evacuated. The fire department was dispatched and the fire extinguished. There were no injuries reported.

Feb. 4

  • The complainant called the KCSO to advise she had two Super Bowl tickets taken from her apartment on Duff St.
  • Hadley Eden Waugh was traveling on Monroe Mills Rd and slid left of center and into the path of Edward J. Gardner. Waugh struck the front of Gardner’s vehicle. Waugh was cited for not maintaining travel in a lane of sufficient width.
  • An officer was advised of a vehicle parked in the driveway of the complainant on Ankenytown Rd. in Fredericktown. After attempting to locate a possible driver of the vehicle, it was towed.
