Jonathan David Jackey, age 48, of Fredericktown, Ohio, passed away on Tuesday, June 17, 2025, at Knox Community Hospital in Mount Vernon, Ohio. He was born on December 28, 1976, in Mount Vernon, Ohio, to David and Alice (Dexter) Jackey.
Jon loved riding dirt bikes and listening to heavy metal music. He lived life to the fullest, whether it was shooting guns, cooking or most importantly spending time with family and friends.
He is survived by his children, Jassmine Bayless, Damon, Devan, Dane Jackey; grandchildren, Jaedyn Bayless and Camden Strouse; sisters, Jackie (Brian) Flannigon, Patricia (Bill) Bryne; and ex-wife, Heather Smith.
Jon is preceded in death by his father.
A celebration of life will take place at a later date.
