My dad served our country in the Vietnam War: 90th Replacement Battalion, 259th Replacement Company May 1970 to February 1971. Now he serves in the Knox County honor guard where he helps celebrate the lives of veterans who have passed away. Throughout my life he has always shown up for me when I needed him the most. Thank you dad for your service to our country, and for being a wonderful dad, grandpa, and great-grandpa! I love you!
