Mr. Starcher is My Dad. His service has taught Us to be Patriotic and Love our Country! We yearly go out to Greenlawn cemetery and honor our fallen with a flag at Memorial Day and We take them down on Veterans Day! Thanks to ALL Who Serve and Served
