MOUNT VERNON – The Mount Vernon High School Key Club will host a community square dance Saturday, October 7 from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. at Ariel Foundation Park. It is a free event and will feature a pie auction. Donations will also be taken to benefit the United Way of Knox County.
Key Club president Luke Trese said, “We’re putting on this square dance to raise funds for United Way of Knox County and to provide the community a night of fun.”
Music will be provided by The Back Porch Swing Band. Food will be available including hot dogs, chili, chips, beverages and desserts.
