HOWARD — Nine members of the East Knox FFA recently attended the OSU FFA Hockey Night at The Ohio State University on Feb. 16.
Over 2,000 FFA members from across the state participated in this fun event.
East Knox members attending were Hayden Baker, Aiden Kapper, Dylan Springer, Andy Rettig, Braylon Evans, Kylie Griffith, Hunter Schrienk, Braxton Lahmon, and Will Stokes.
The FFA members enjoyed the match as the night was topped off by watching the hockey Buckeyes skate to an exciting 3–2 overtime shootout win over the #4 ranked University of Wisconsin.
The seven inches of snow that fell during the game doubled the time of the normal one hour and 15 minute bus trip back to Howard, but all arrived excited from watching (for most) their first in-person hockey match.
