Patricia Louise Riggs, 85, of Mount Vernon, Ohio, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, November 22, 2023, at Country Club Rehabilitation Campus in Mount Vernon, Ohio.
Born January 29, 1938, in Erie, Pennsylvania, she was the youngest child of Clifford Wilbur Matha and Nellie Marie Matha (Lynds). She was proceeded in death by her beloved husband, Stefan T. D. Riggs.
She will be missed by her children Jeffery (Judy) Stillman of Conneaut, Ohio, Bruce (Anna) Stillman of Mount Vernon, Ohio, Kevin (Teresa) Stillman of Grove City, Ohio, Gloria (Scott) Shremshock of Mount Vernon, Ohio, 11 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.
A private “Celebration of Life” will take place at a later date.
