Shirley M. Frazier, age 84, of Fredericktown passed away on Tuesday, March 28, 2023, at the Country Club Retirement Campus in Mount Vernon.
She was born on September 25, 1938, in Brinhaven, Ohio to the late John and Naomi (Mowery) Baugher. Shirley was a member of the Palmyra Church of Christ and Diapers to Date Mother’s Club. Shirley, for many years, babysat for many families. She enjoyed helping families with their childcare needs.
Shirley is survived by her daughter Lisa (Rick) Brown; her son Greg (Darla) Frazier; four grandchildren, Ali (Levi) Rosales, Todd (Cory) Brown, Cassy Frazier, Lacey (Devin) Fritz; and four great grandchildren, Gannon Liptack, Kennadi Liptack, McKenzie Brown, and Bexley Fritz.
In addition to her parents, Shirley was preceded in death by her husband Robert Frazier; her sisters Nancy Wears, Beverly Evans; and her brothers, Robert Baugher and Jerry Baugher.
Friends may call on Monday, April 3, 2023, at the Snyder Funeral Home in Fredericktown from 5-7pm. A service will be held on Tuesday, at the funeral home, beginning at 11am with Evangelist Troy Northrop officiating. Burial will follow in Mount Vernon Memorial Gardens Cemetery.
