On 9/23/16, complainant reported her cell phone and personal papers along with her two childcare’s birth certificates were stolen from her residence.
On 9/23/16, Bradlee C. Neitzelt was found camping on private property due to being homeless. He was found to have an active warrant out of Holmes County and was placed under arrest without incident. He was then relayed to Holmes County.
On 9/24/16, KCSO received a phone call from Killbuck Savings Bank about an elderly male who was trying to send money to someone under the belief he had won a sweepstakes. A deputy made contact with the male at his residence.
On 9/24/16, officer was dispatched to a Market St. address in Danville on the report of domestic violence.
