MOUNT VERNON — A Knox County Grand Jury handed down 11 indictments on Aug. 15, 2022. Indictments include:
Vince G. Arthur, Mount Vernon, aggravated vehicular homicide, first-degree felony; and three counts of aggravated vehicular assault, third-degree felonies
Vernon W. Kanode Jr, Fredericktown, failure to provide change of address, fourth-degree felony
Adam M. Saunders, Newark, aggravated possession of drugs, third degree felony; and aggravated possession of drugs, fifth-degree felony
Ryan L. Garrett, Uhrichsville, possession of fentanyl-related compound, third-degree felony; trafficking in drugs, third-degree felony; and aggravated possession of drugs, fifth-degree felony
Danielle R. Durrett, Dallas, GA, possession of fentanyl-related compound, third-degree felony; trafficking in drugs, third-degree felony; and aggravated possession of drugs, fifth-degree felony
Conrad W. Burke, Mount Vernon, trespass in habitation when person is present, fourth-degree felony; failure to comply with order or signal of police, fourth-degree felony; driving while intoxicated, first-degree misdemeanor; and resisting arrest, second-degree misdemeanor
Steven D. Miller Jr, Mount Vernon, possession of a fentanyl-related compound, fifth-degree felony
Zachary A. King, Centerburg, aggravated possession of drugs, third-degree felony
