Allen Wheeler, Centerburg, possession of a fentanyl-related compound, fifth-degree felony; illegal conveyance of drugs of abuse onto grounds, third-degree felony; corrupting another with drugs, second-degree felony

David Boyd, Mount Vernon, failure to provide change of address, third-degree felony; failure to provide change in vehicle information, a third-degree felony

Tammy Miller, Centerburg, grand theft, a fourth-degree felony

Mindi Myers, Mount Vernon, aggravated possession of drugs, fifth-degree felony

Todd Rhinebolt, Fredericktown, aggravated possession of drugs, third-degree felony

Michael Rowland, Mount Vernon, theft, fifth-degree felony

Makayla Rowland, Mount Vernon, forgery, fifth-degree felony

Tamara Oakes, Mount Vernon, aggravated possession of drugs, fifth-degree felony; permitting drug abuse, a fifth-degree felony 

William Strouse, Mount Vernon, possession of a fentanyl-related compound, fifth-degree felony; illegal conveyance of drugs of abuse onto grounds, third-degree felony; corrupting another with drugs, a second-degree felony

Koury Dean, Fredericktown, two counts of having weapons while under disability, third-degree felonies; two counts of forfeiture specification as to count one, a felony

Austin Schnars, Columbus, two counts of theft, both first-degree misdemeanors; eight counts of theft, all fifth-degree felonies; illegal use of supplemental nutrition or wic program, fifth-degree felony
