MOUNT VERNON — Back pain is common, but it is not something you always have to live with.
Kellee Schweitzer, M.D., pain management, will discuss common causes of back pain, treatment options, prevention strategies, and when it’s time to see a doctor at a free Doc Talk on Thursday, Oct. 22, from 5 to 6 p.m.
The event is open to the community. It will be held in the Wright Family Medical Pavilion (WFMP), second-floor classroom. Enter the building on the same floor as the Birthing Center and take a right. The event will be in the first room on the left.
Schweitzer attended Case Western Reserve University and the University of Chicago Pritzker School of Medicine. She did her Internal Medicine Internship at the University of Chicago Hospital and residency at Schwab Rehabilitation Hospital in Chicago.
