MOUNT VERNON — The City of Mount Vernon and Ariel-Foundation Park hosted an all-American Fourth of July celebration at the Schnormeier Event Center on Saturday night.
Festivities included a performance from the Highwaymen Show tribute band, which honors the iconic supergroup of Johnny Cash, Willie Nelson, Waylon Jennings and Kris Kristofferson. Food and beverage was available from local vendors.
The night’s celebration came to an end with a magnificent fireworks show.
