About the event:
Take a pause from the busyness of daily life with a peaceful walk on the BFEC grounds. During this 45-minute to one-hour experience, Sarah will guide participants through grounding practices, mindfulness, and quiet connection with the natural world. This program is designed to help participants slow down, be present, and connect with the natural world in a calm and intentional way. Participants are encouraged to silence or turn off their phones during the walk. Meet at the picnic shelter.
