Tania Graves, 86 of Mount Vernon died on Wednesday morning, June 3, 2026 at the Ohio Eastern Star Home in Mount Vernon. She was born on September 4, 1939 in Minsk, Russia to the late Martha Rutkovski.
Tania was a member of the First Church of the Nazarene and was active with the food bank at the church. She enjoyed bowling and was on the first women’s softball team in Mount Vernon.
Tania is survived by her sons, Jerry (Sherri) Graves of Galena, John Graves of Mount Vernon, and Jim Graves of Niceville, Florida; 6 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren; and sisters, Galena and Anna.
In addition to her mother, Tania was preceded in death by her husband, Jarvis; and a brother, John.
A graveside service will be held at 11 a.m. on Monday, June 8, 2026 in Mount Vernon Memorial Gardens.
