David Wayne Gruber, age 58, of Utica passed away on May 26, 2026. David was born on February 14, 1968, in Mount Vernon, to the late Robert Eugene and Carolyn Fern (Hogle) Gruber.
He will be remembered for his love of working on cars, relaxing boat rides, concerts, and music. He enjoyed watching football, spending weekends visiting with family and friends, and was known for his strong work ethic and love of staying active and busy.
David is survived by his siblings, Tom (Olga) Gruber, Mike (Thelma) Gruber, Teresa Gruber; sister-in-law, Vicky Gruber.
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his siblings, Melvin, Carl, Debbie and Catherine.
There will be no services held at this time.
