LOUDONVILLE — Rain kept commencement ceremony activities indoors Sunday afternoon.
But the dreariness from outside never found its way inside Loudonville High School as the Class of 2026 turned its tassels inside a packed high school gymnasium full of excitement and smiles from friends, family and district staff.
This year’s graduating class included 64 students. Its class colors were red and black.
Class motto: “Grab your shades because our future is bright!”
The Class of 2026 featured three valedictorians, including Emlyn Bitner, Laila Manchester and Addison Wolford, along with one salutatorian, Zeb Brecheisen Jr. All four graduates addressed their fellow students and the audience.
The Commencement Address was provided by Lissa Glasgo, a 2006 Loudonville High School graduate.
Performances by the high school band and choir were also featured Sunday.
