MOUNT VERNON — A 21-year-old Mount Vernon man was charged Monday with five counts of pandering sexually oriented matter involving a minor.

According to the April 20 indictment, Austin R. Martin, of Mount Vernon, committed the alleged incidents between Sept. 4, 2025, and March 27, 2026. He allegedly had 16 images and one video of minors.

All five counts are fourth-degree felonies.

A Knox County Grand Jury handed down 16 other indictments on Monday:

Eric Lawson, of Mount Vernon, failure to comply with the order or signal of a police officer, a fourth-degree felony, and resisting arrest, a second-degree misdemeanor.

Heath L. Wetzel, of Edison, receiving stolen property, a fourth-degree felony.

Tyron W. Rine II, of Frazeysburg, aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony.

Jezic A. Creager, of Mount Vernon, felonious assault, second-degree felony; domestic violence, first-degree misdemeanor; and unlawful restraint, third-degree misdemeanor.

Christopher M. Deraleau, of Mount Vernon, two counts of failure to provide change of address, both second-degree felonies.

Crystal S. West, of Mount Vernon, having weapons while under disability, a third-degree felony.

Jason R. Royse, of Mansfield, tampering with evidence, a third-degree felony.

Joseph Z. Fulton, of Mount Vernon, nine counts of having weapons while under disability (three rifles, two semi-automatics, two shotguns, two muzzleloaders), all third-degree felonies; and one count of aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony.

Alexander M. Davis, of Danville, aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony.

Daniel J. Tavenor, of Mount Vernon, receiving stolen property, a fourth-degree felony.

Sarah L. Pillow, of Mount Vernon, aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony.

Brandy T. Baker, pf Loudonville, aggravated possession of drugs, a third-degree felony.

Benjerman D. Airhart, of Galena, possession of a fentanyl-related compound, a fourth-degree felony; and aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony.

Levi A. Stacy, of Mount Vernon, two counts of possession of a fentanyl-related compound, both fifth-degree felonies.

James D. Wolford, of Mount Vernon, improperly handling firearms in a motor vehicle, a fourth-degree felony.

Elizabeth M. Murray, of Howard, insurance fraud, a fifth-degree felony.
