About the event:

Two thousand years ago, Ohio’s Indigenous people created masterworks of architecture and astronomy on the landscape. Much of their work has been lost, but that which survives remains impressive–yet many Ohioans know little about them.

Join Sarah Hinkelman, Site Superintendent at the Newark Earthworks, as she introduces us to the Great Circle, the Octagon, and other aspects of the Hopewell Ceremonial Earthworks– Ohio’s only UNESCO World Heritage Site.
