Vincent E. Looker, 81 of Mt. Vernon passed away on November 18, 2025 at his residence. He was born on February 14, 1944 in Homer, OH to the late Roy and Elizabeth (Hopkins) Looker.
Vincent served honorably in the U.S. Army National Guard.
He is survived by his loving wife of 46 years, Mary Ann (Rinard) Looker; brothers, Benjamin Looker and Wesley Looker; brother-in-law, Gerald (Connie) Rinard; sister-in-law, Cheryl Jackson; and many nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his sisters, Vera Hunter and Abbie Combs.
Funeral service will be held at 10:30am on Monday, November 24, 2025 at Newark Memorial Garden Mausoleum. The family will receive friends from 10-10:30am.
