The Panthers moved a modest margin over the Big Red as both teams headed to make end of the second quarter adjustments.
Newark Licking Valley moved ahead by earning a 14-7 advantage over Steubenville at the end of the third quarter.
The Panthers had the advantage to start the fourth quarter, but the Big Red won the session and the game with a 10-0 performance.
