Richard David Bank, 64, of Mount Vernon passed away unexpectedly at his residence on November 11, 2025. He was born on October 14, 1961 to Raymond M. and Annette M. (Madro) Bank in Little Rock, Arkansas.
Richard was the owner and operator of Bank Sanitation LLC. He was a member of the Moose Lodge in Mount Vernon. Richard enjoyed collecting and restoring antique military vehicles. He was an avid outdoorsman who like to go hunting and fishing. In his older years he rode his Harley.
Richard is survived by his wife Donetta (Lewis) Bank; his daughter Tabetha Willey of Heath, OH; grandchildren James Willey and Payson Willey of Heath, OH; brothers Jeff (JoAnn) Bank of Littleton, CO, Bruce (Debra) Bank of Union, KY, Steven Bank of Urbana, OH and many nieces and nephews.
Richard was preceded in death by his parents Raymond and Annette (Madro) Bank and a brother Raymond Bank Jr.

Calling hours will be Sunday, November 16, 2025 from 1:00pm – 2:00pm at Dowds Snyder Funeral Home, 201 Newark Road, Mount Vernon, OH 43050 a Memorial Service will follow at 2:00pm.
