The scoreboard showed the Bulldogs with a 21-8 lead over the Panthers heading into the second quarter.
Bloom-Carroll had a 21-16 edge on Newark Licking Valley at the beginning of the final quarter.
The Bulldogs had the advantage to start the fourth quarter, but the Panthers won the session and the game with a 15-3 performance.
