Newark Licking Valley topped Bloom-Carroll 31-24 in a tough tilt in an Ohio high school football matchup on Nov. 7.

Newark Licking Valley opened with an 8-7 advantage over Bloom-Carroll through the first quarter.

The scoreboard showed the Bulldogs with a 21-8 lead over the Panthers heading into the second quarter.

Bloom-Carroll had a 21-16 edge on Newark Licking Valley at the beginning of the final quarter.

The Bulldogs had the advantage to start the fourth quarter, but the Panthers won the session and the game with a 15-3 performance.
