MOUNT VERNON — Brittany Clark of The Forgotten Initiative is excited to announce a school supplies drive benefiting 67 foster children in Knox County.
The youths range in age from preschool to high school.
“This is a great opportunity for our community to come together and help these kids start the school year fully prepared and confident,” Clark said.
“We’ve made it easy for you to participate — simply visit our Amazon registry to purchase supplies. Everything ordered will go directly to the children in need.”
The deadline to contribute to the school supplies drive is August 9. Let’s show these students they are seen, valued, and supported.
