Candance “Candy” Mullins, age 70, of St. Louisville, passed away on Thursday, July 3, 2025, at Knox Community Hospital.
She was born on March 7, 1955, in Mount Vernon to the late Charles and Polly (Campbell) Finnel Sr.
Candy is survived by her husband of 50 years, Keith Mullins; brothers, Mike Finnel, Paul (Dee) Finnel, and Pat Finnel; sisters-in-laws, Kathy (John) Shoemaker, Rita Mullins, Sherry (Bob) Duvall; nieces and nephews, Joe Mullins, Jeff Mullins, Jodi Mullins, Josh Shoemaker, Jacob Duvall, Jason Finnel, Cara Finnel, Kyle Finnel, Kenny Finnel, Matt Finnel, Erin Childress.; and mother-in-law, Oma Mullins.
She was preceded in death by her sons, Christopher and Cameron Mullins; brother Charles Finnel Jr.; father-in-law, Arnold Mullins; and brother-in-law, Dan Mullins
Visitation will be on Monday, July 7, 2025, from 5:00 – 7:00 PM at Snyder Funeral Home – Lasater Chapel, 11337 Upper Gilchrist Rd. in Mount Vernon. Where funeral services will be held Tuesday, July 8, 2025 – 11:00 AM at the funeral home. Burial will follow in Campbell Cemetery.
