Knox County Grand Jury

MOUNT VERNON — A Knox County Grand Jury handed down 14 indictments during its June 16 session.

Tiffany M. Speakman, Mika J. Wagnor, and Daniel J. Williams Jr., all of Mount Vernon, and Danielle M. Hoffmeier of Fredericktown were indicted for theft and forgery.

Both charges are fifth-degree felonies.

The jury also indicted:

Brian Fowler, Mount Vernon, aggravated possession of drugs, second-degree felony.

Travis L. Ratcliff, Mount Vernon, obstructing official business, fifth-degree felony.

Jonathan R. Zimelis, Mount Vernon, aggravated possession of drugs, fifth-degree felony.

Tyler M. Smith, Mount Vernon, burglary, third-degree felony; and receiving stolen property, first-degree misdemeanor.

Todd C. Jacobs, Glenmont, domestic violence and strangulation, both fourth-degree felonies.

Patrick J. Hager, Mount Vernon, felonious assault, second-degree felony.

Micah S. Knipp, Mount Vernon, grand theft of a motor vehicle, fourth-degree felony.

Hunter M. Clemons, Mount Vernon, two counts of grand theft of a motor vehicle, both fourth-degree felonies.

Kori C. Cornelius, Westerville, aggravated possession of drugs, third-degree felony.

Matthew D. Coldren, Mount Gilead, aggravated possession of drugs, fifth-degree felony.
